01Acceptance of terms

By using this website or enrolling in a programme offered by Adjoint Institute of Mathematics (“AIM”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on the student’s behalf.

02Our services

AIM offers Mathematics classes, live online and in person at its Hyderabad centre, across school, competitive-examination, Olympiad, university and aptitude programmes, in small batches and one-to-one formats. Programme descriptions on this website are for general information. The exact syllabus, schedule and format are confirmed at the time of enrolment.

03Enrolment and fees

  • Admission to a programme or batch is confirmed only after we accept the enrolment and, where applicable, receive the fee.
  • Fees, payment schedules and batch timings depend on the programme and are communicated directly before enrolment. They may change for future terms with prior notice.
  • Any refund, transfer or pause request is handled under the terms communicated at enrolment. Where none were stated, fees paid for sessions already conducted are not refundable.

04Classes and conduct

To keep classes useful for everyone, students are expected to:

  • join sessions on time, with a stable internet connection and the required materials;
  • behave respectfully towards the teacher and other students;
  • not share class links, login details or access with anyone else.

Missed sessions may not be repeated unless agreed in advance. We may reschedule a session for unavoidable reasons and will try to give reasonable notice. We may suspend or end access for a student whose conduct disrupts classes, without a refund for that reason.

05Intellectual property

All content on this website and all class material, including notes, problem sets, worksheets, recordings and lectures, belongs to AIM or its founder unless stated otherwise. It is provided for the enrolled student’s personal learning only.

You may not copy, record, redistribute, sell, upload or publicly share any of this material without our written permission.

06No guarantee of results

We are committed to high-quality teaching, but examination results and admissions depend on many factors, including the student’s own effort and consistency. AIM does not guarantee any particular rank, score, selection or outcome.

07Use of this website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or access it by automated means for any unlawful purpose. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but the website is provided “as is”, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

08Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our classes, including interruptions caused by internet, device or third-party platform failures. Our total liability for any claim relating to a programme will not exceed the fees paid for that programme.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where AIM has its principal place of business.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of our website or classes means you accept the revised terms.
